Crocheting is a great hobby to start because it’s relatively easy to learn, it’s great for relaxing and unwinding, and it can be used to make beautiful and useful items.
Crocheting can also be a great way to express creativity and hone fine motor skills. Plus, crocheting can be done anywhere, with minimal equipment, making it a perfect choice for someone who is looking for a new hobby.
Its not a difficult thing to learn. As computer scientist, with a few hours watching youtube videos and i already know how to do a single crochet or a double crochet stitch (i think its easier).
As a crochet beginner for less than a week, I can say that it’s not a difficult activity.
I would like to have a hobby where I can relax, think and etc without being another physical activity.
This type of hobby can help us de-stress, relax and reduce anxiety in general.
Our lives are very busy and doing a calm activity like this can significantly reduce anxiety.
